He is friendly, knowledgeable and his attention to detail is off the charts. He went above and beyond for me in every way possible. (Literally drove an hour out of his way one day to make sure something the seller repaired was working before the final walk through!) He treated my little $200K cottage like it was a $2M mansion, and made me feel like I was the most important client in the world. He repeatedly talked me off the ledge when we hit bumps in the road and had my back for every single one of them. AND! He always kept it friendly and professional when it came to dealing with the seller and his agent. He was also very patient with me - I was buying from out of state and wasn’t familiar with some common WI practices. He always took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with the process. As first-time homebuyers, we were a bit nervous with the process as we know it can be long and complicated.
Little did we know, Bob would come in and coach us through every single step. Bob is not only incredibly responsive, he is also super knowledgeable and has a quick answer to any question we had. He will definitely go above and beyond to make sure his buyers are satisfied. On closing day, there was a bit of a mishap (no fault of Bob’s what-so-ever), and he was quick to jump in and give us the solution we needed even though he had no control over the situation.
